Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: If you receive a defective item or an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

If you’re approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You should receive the refund within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
